Sometimes I get so tired it’s a struggle to get out of bed. Just moving this body sometimes just wipes me out. I did not attend church today because I did not want to get dressed…..just thinking about bra, girdle, and hosiery It made me tired. The day started out great. I got up early this morning with the intentions of going to church. Cooked breakfast and started dinner and checkout a few websites I even took a nap, but when I arose from the nap and thought about what all I had to do to prepare for the day…..I went back to bed. Thank God that tomorrow is a fresh start. Take care.

Facing the Scale
Today I will face the scale to see how my efforts for the week have paid off…..I really want to see a loss, but I had great week! Was I 100% op? No. Did I follow the GHG's to the fullest everyday? No. Did I workout 7 days? No. But I had an amazing week!! 100% better than last week. I am taking this journey one day at a time. Progress not perfection. Have a wonderful weekend! :)

Hump Day
I am having a hard time getting my 9 servings of fruit and vegetables in I have got to be more creative….Normally I can eat the same type of meals with little variation until I start incorporating healthy eating habits now I am super bored! I am going to checkout the recipe section on this site and hope to come up with so easy to prepare meals for a family of 4. Other than that I am doing well with the other Weight Watchers Healthy Guidelines.

Reflections…Did I accomplish my goals?
Yes….well most of them 7 out of 8 the healthy guidelines and I completed my strength training. All in all it was a good Weight Watchers day. Good night all.
Monday....already?!
Oh, wow, is it Monday already?! Where did the weekend go? Nevertheless it is time to get this 400 plus pound body moving again.
Today’s goals are to follow all eight healthy guidelines, get in some strength training which for me will consist of sitting on my stability ball and using my five pound hand weights, and might, just might go on another walk with Leslie Sansone.
I am craving Honey Crisp apples. I did not get a chance to go to the market I am going to put this on my “Honey Do List” ;) wink, wink! I love you husband! LOL!!

Oh What a Day!
I put the word out; told my husband & the boys, blogged about it here, and called friends and told them! Yet, I could not find the will to get “it in.” I read inspirational blog after blog visited weight loss websites viewing tons of before and after pictures…yet and still uninspired. I watched video after video of people getting “it in” at varies stages of their weight loss journey; still for me I was not inspired to get “it in”….. I wondered, “Where is my aaah haaa moment?!”
As the day progressed I began to plan in my head a very nice pity party with all the fix’ns …you know filled with the woooo is me, and a huge unhealthy dosage of nobody knows. Visions of super salty, greasy high fat, and sugar loaded foods more like junk began to arrive at the party.
Then all of a sudden I began to think about my friend Jay and what she was doing. Jay was participating in the 5K Breast Cancer walk for a cure something that I have always wanted to do. I called Jay unknowing to her with tears filled in my eyes asking her how the walk went. She was so happy! She talked with so much enthusiasm about the brave women she met during the walk and the awesome amount of courage they displayed.
I am so proud of Jay; by her words a few months back she could not have completed the walk, but on yesterday she did!!
Then finally…….my faith released!! Halleluiah! I pulled out my Walk Away the Pounds DVD and Leslie, my baby boy, and I went on a thirty minute walk. Yes, I go “it in!” Oh, you asked how did the party end? I don’t know I left!! ;-) Have a blessed Sunday.

Today’s plan is to get in 30 minutes of aerobic exercise on the treadmill or water aerobics.
Facing the Scale
Friday, October 22, 2010
Today was a good day. I lost 6 of the 8 ½ pounds I gained last week. My Weight Watchers leader is really a nice person. She has kept eighty pounds off for fifteen years!
My leader has issued a challenge to our group to exercise for the next seven days. Three days of strength training and four days of aerobic exercise I am going to workout tonight, but I have not committed to the challenge I am leaning towards participating. I will make my decision no later than tomorrow. Have a good night all

Am I really working Weight Watchers?
Thursday, October 21, 2010
I don’t consider myself a writer at all, so forgive me for the lack thereof. I have rejoined Weight Watchers and I know I have made the best decision for me. Last week I had a gain of eight pounds. It was TOM and honestly a little self sabotage.
Have I begun to really work the Weight Watchers program? No. Do I feel like I have loss this week? Yes. Tomorrow the scale will tell the story.
I am so thankful for the Weight Watcher’s Community, blogs, and message boards I have truly been inspired to work the program. So, on next week I hope to really began to work the program......The program that I know works. Good night.
