Good morning all, weight loss has to be 95% mental. I know that I feel so much better when I eat right and exercise…the hard part is just getting back into the flow of things. I have decided to participate in the seven day exercise challenge that my Weight Watchers leader presented to us; three days of strength training and four days of aerobic exercise.
Today’s plan is to get in 30 minutes of aerobic exercise on the treadmill or water aerobics.
